Triple Wood Oolong - Song Bai Chang Qing
Song Bai Chang Qing Oolong, commonly refering to the tea tree cultivars breed and grown among the Song Bai Ling tea plantation in central Taiwan, one of the pioneer plantation that set the standard for cultivation, plantation management, production techniques for oolong tea. “Song Bai”, or conifers, refers to the many confiers surrounding the plantation. The tea produced from this area features prominent floral fragrence and refreshing, long lasting moutfeel. The roasting process further enhance the existing sweetness and floralness of the infusion. This particular product uses the Si Ji Chun cultivar coming from the Song Bai Ling plantation.

Hand roasted with longan charchoal using traditional methods, produced and packaged locally in Nan Tou City, Taiwan. Charcoal roasting is considered to be one of the most time consuming and complex method of roasting due to its many variables, therefore requiring skillful craftsmen to operate. It helps to alleviate unplesant and the raw smell of the tea leaves, reduce water content, lower any stimulating content and to generate a unique complex and in-depth flavour.

Brewing Recommendation
Cups/Teapot:
- Use 5- 6g Tea for 500 ml of Water | 100°C | Brew for 4-5 min, remove the tea leaves from the infusion after infusion to avoid bitterness.
Kung Fu Tea Method
- Use 6-7g Tea for 120 ml-150ml Water | 100 °C |
- Infuse for 15-20s for the first brew, 20s for the second to fourth brew, add add additional 10-15s for every subsequent brew. Repeat infusion for 6-8 times.
