    Brewing Instruction:

    Water temperature: 95 - 100 °C

    Amount of water: 300 ml 

    Infusion time: 4-5 minutes

    • Character

      • Triple Fire - Red Oolong (Oolong cultivar)
      • Riped summer fruit note, sweet and smooth, resembles classic black tea with hint of crispness from classical roasted oolong tea.
      • Featuring a bright amber colour.
      • After roasting, the tea contains less caffaine and is less stimulating to the body. 
      • Smooth and tender at first sip, slight stimulation to the tongue which lead to recurring sweetness.
    • Craft

      • Handcrafted with traditional charcoal roasting techniques from Taiwan
      • Featuring the highest fermentation (oxidation) level of all oolong tea, which give rise to its unique texture and flavour. 
      • Unique technique originated from the eastern Taiwan region.
      • Infusion of the crafting techniques of black tea and oolong tea, which leads to a blend of the texture of black tea with the aroma of oolong tea
